Request Service or Repair

Select the service or repair type that you require and complete your purchase.  We will contact you within 2 business days to schedule your service or repair once we receive your payment.  If you need faster service, please call us.

You will receive a quote for the complete repairs prior to any work being done that goes beyond the amount the minimum service charge covers.

You will receive a receipt automatically via e-mail upon purchase.

All purchases are subject to scheduling by the LawnMower Medic. We will call you within 2 business days after your purchase to schedule your service or repair.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds are subject to a 15% cancellation fee and will be processed after PayPal has been notified by the customer for a refund request.  We will issue a refund normally within 3 business days.

Please note: We do NOT do any services in customers garages, and DO NOT perform service in the rain, snow or in high wind (ie wind advisory gales.).

*You May Be Asked to Pre purchase parts depending on what is required to complete your repair.

*All parts ordered on your request are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
